2.2 Information Collected Automatically

2.4 Session Video and AI Analysis Data
With your prior consent as described in our Bike Fit Waiver, we may capture video recordings of your body position and cycling mechanics during an in-person fit session. These recordings are processed using AI-assisted analysis software for internal service delivery purposes only and are not shared with third parties except as described in Section 4.

Marketing email lists: retained until you opt out or request deletion;
Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel default retention settings, typically up to twenty-six (26) months.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8.5 Texas Residents
